New finishing styles
We offer new finishing styles of our woven labels: asymmetrical end fold, one-sided fold, longitudinal center fold, with thermal tape, longitudinal center fold in ribbon.

Refining processes
Owing to a variety of refining processes, we are able to meet all customer’s needs.

Double-sided
woven ribbons for "logobands" (including High Definition)

Longitudinal cutting
a new technology of label folding using ultrasounds, allowing for creation of new types of woven labels with higher usability parameters (woven labels for jackets, shirts, blouses, sweaters).

Ultrasonic cutting
a new technology of mechanical/thermal fabric cutting guaranteeing smooth edges. Used for cutting the fabric into ribbons and for finishing individual woven labels. Especially recommended for woven labels that are in direct contact with the skin.

Mitre fold
is a folding operation allowing for creating hang tags.

Laser
by using a laser beam, we cut and engrave custom shapes on ribbon, which can be initially hardened or softened according to client’s requirements.

Pneumatic looms
allow for quick carrying out of even the largest orders.
