The EPUS company offers services in the field of haberdashery production including woven labels, tags, emblems, badges as well as woven bands in the jacquard technique, according to a customer's design, with an aim to mark and to identify brand of all kinds of textiles, haberdashery and footwear.
Manufacturing techniques
Our products are manufactured using the highest quality German and Italian polyester yarns meeting the requirements of the Eko Tex 100 Standard. Labels and ribbons are designed using different techniques adjusted to the tastes and requirements of the clients including:
Taffeta
Attractive and delicate woven labels, the advantages of which include low price and a large choice of colours of the yarns used in their production.

Satin
Elegant woven labels ideal for smart clothing being equally its decorative element as well as an information label. The advantages of satin include background gloss, smooth surface and higher weave density. |
High Density
Woven labels produced using very thin yarn with the highest weave density, which will fulfil the requirements of even the most demanding clients. This technology allows for a precise reproduction of a logo or any graphic design. |
Woven labels may be cut using ultrasounds which makes their edges smooth and soft.
The raw materials and stabilization process used, guarantee the constancy of the woven labels' appearance despite multiple washings.

Book cover
The book cover finishing style enables to place a producer's logo on the edge of a final product (sleeve edge, T-shirt edge or sweatshirt's ribbing) at the same time giving guarantee of comfort while using textiles. The system of double folding gives possibility to apply a label as a finishing "flap" which, combined with an interesting graphics, emphasizes aesthetic values and innovation of products. |

Leaflet
Leaflet is also an interesting finishing style, until now rarely seen by domestic clothing producers. This type of finishing style enables to place on a woven label not only a producer's logo, but also additional information regarding material composition, maintenance regulations and address data. The combination of all these data on one product allows to save costs connected with purchase of additional printed labels and at the same time to raise standard of own textiles. |

Asymmetrical end fold
Another interesting finishing style is an asymmetrical fold. It enables to fold one side of a label even up to 20 mm, making it possible to apply woven label in any given place. |
